Rush Hour Concert - St Peter's, Acton Green

It was a pleasure performing in Acton Green this week at the wonderful St Peters Church for their Rush Hour concert series. The programme was made up of French and American composers and included Debussy's wonderful Suite Bergamasque and Gershwin's Porgy and Bess.

This was our first recital since Felix started his job at the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre, so the reliable Jack Myles stepped in to take the reins. John had a little scare after being stranded in Northern Ireland the night before the concert due to Storm Amy! Fortunately, he made it to the concert on time however running on only a few hours sleep; despite this he powered on serenading the audience in Girl with the Flaxen Hair.
